This kind-hearted Bob Schneider fan couldn’t be happier with her move to good ole Austin, Texas. A San Antonio Spurs enthusiast, Kelly claims to be the “easiest going person in the world,” and apparently she’s also the only person in the world that knows how to make a tissue dance (check out the video!)
