West Campus Life Savers: FAQ
Is it too good to be true?
Absolutely not. Everybody needs a place to live, and West Campus Living is here to help. By going through West Campus Living, everyone has an opportunity to give back without even trying.
Who can become a West Campus Life Saver?
Everyone: students, parents, professors, campus groups and clubs, fraternities and sororities, and anyone wanting to give back.
Are there any gimmicks or fees?
No way josé. West Campus Living makes money from the apartment complexes and owners of the condos and privately owned homes. We represent YOU, the renter (or buyer), and have a legal fiduciary responsibility to you, no one else. Better said, you’re the boss.
What properties can West Campus Living show me?
We can show you anything and everything in the great state of Texas. However, we’re kind of a big deal in central Austin and we prefer to focus on the needs of people near the University. So even though we’re called West Campus Living, we specialize in leasing, sales, and investments in downtown, north campus, Far West, Riverside, Hyde Park, Clarkesville, and well, you get the picture.
Can I donate the money to another charity?
Of course. If your organization (student group, fraternity, sorority, etc) has a philanthropic cause of their own, they are welcome to donate the proceeds to that charity. As long as it’s doing something that improves the lives of others, we’re 100% cool with it.
